Portfolio Planning & Performance Specialist

6 Month Contract Inside IR35 London (Hybrid)

We're hiring for a Portfolio Planning & Performance Specialist to join a leading global technology organisation, supporting portfolio planning, demand prioritisation, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead annual planning and ongoing portfolio change
  • Manage demand intake and prioritisation
  • Deliver insightful reporting and dashboards (Power BI/Excel)
  • Ensure spend aligns to funded priorities
  • Drive planning processes and continuous improvement
Key Skills
  • Experience in portfolio planning
  • Strong Analytics, Power BI and advanced Excel skills
  • Background in demand, capacity, and financial planning
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (exec-level)
