Our client is a leading market maker with deep connections to top crypto exchanges, providing liquidity to premier projects. They are seeking a Portfolio Manager with an interest in electronic market-making, systematic environments, and derivatives.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Analyze historical data to understand the risks and opportunities of our portfolio.
- Identify market challenges and determine which data sets will help demonstrate solution efficiency.
- Analyze historical data and implement trading system efficiency improvements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence for new and existing projects, accurately predicting their risks, rewards, and potential.
- Continuously adapt and optimize the portfolio based on market conditions to maximize returns and minimize risks.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Degree in finance, economics, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in a well-established HFT, investment bank, quantitative firm, or crypto exchange;
- 5+ years of experience as a Portfolio Manager;
- A strong knowledge and passion for cryptocurrencies and DeFi;
- A strong and provable track record;
- Ownership mentality;
- Clear vision on the future of the financial world and strategies to stay ahead;
- Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to evaluate options based on probabilities and expected value;
- Proficiency in English communication;
- Comfortable working remotely.

- Deep understanding of various financial markets, including crypto markets;
- Expertise in crypto concepts and projects;

Remuneration
