We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Portfolio Director to lead the successful delivery of Public Sector engagements across a defined portfolio of clients. What You'll Be Doing
As Portfolio Director, you'll be accountable for:
Ensuring successful delivery of consulting and project engagements across your client portfolio
Leading customer bids and sales activities to secure new opportunities
Driving growth and revenue targets within the UK Public Sector
Championing our Core Values and contributing to the Public Sector leadership agenda
Building strong relationships with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders
Supporting Delivery Principals and Managers while retaining overall accountability for outcomes
Collaborating with Sales to develop propositions, reusable collateral, and pre-sales strategy
Overseeing resource planning and transitions across Digital, Data, and Cloud capabilities
Ensuring seamless handovers to Support/Managed Services when required
Coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to foster team engagement and retention

We're looking for a proven leader with:
Extensive experience managing large-scale (£10M+) Public Sector portfolios
A track record of delivering complex technology change programmes
Strong commercial acumen-budgeting, forecasting, and driving gross profit
Inspirational leadership style with the ability to guide teams through growth and change
Collaborative mindset-breaking silos and sharing resources across delivery units
A proactive approach to business development and stakeholder engagement
Eligibility for SC clearance and willingness to undergo DV clearance
