PMO Specialist/Project Support Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior PMO Specialist/Project Support Coordinator to support a key GenAI techno-functional project.

In this role, you will work closely with the lead specialist to ensure smooth project execution, documentation, and administrative coordination across several project streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project support and coordination for the GenAI program
• Maintain and organize project documentation
• Manage training documentation, create training materials, and handle training administration
• Prepare project briefs and support broader project coordination activities
• Perform administrative tasks related to ongoing and upcoming project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on onsite activities

Profile Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or similar administrative project roles
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support different project needs
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable in an administrative support function
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work onsite in the Montpellier campus 3-5 days per week
