Our client, a major multinational organisation in Belgium, is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to support a global implementation programme. The role focuses on programme coordination, training management, and communications across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Program Director with coordination, documentation, and programme activities.

• Coordinate large-scale training for ~1,000 users, including scheduling and follow-up.

• Execute programme communications and ensure consistent messaging.

• Prepare updates, newsletters, and stakeholder communications.

• Collaborate with change managers, project teams, airlines, and vendors.

Requirements

• Experience in PMO, project coordination, or programme support.

• Strong organisation and communication skills.

• Fluent English.

• Comfortable working in international environments.

• Experience with Teams, O365, JIRA, or similar tools.

Desirable: Aviation industry exposure (Airline/CAMO/MRO), AMOS/Trax knowledge, Microsoft Copilot experience.
