Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced Program Management Officer for a global FMCG client of ours.

Responsibilities for Program Management Officer role:

• Ensure cross-program alignment and collaboration with various functions such as Sales & Finance (S&F), Commercial, and Technology.
• Track and report on program progress, including financial accounting, resource demand capacity monitoring, risk and issue identification, and dependency management.

Requirements for Program Management Officer role:

• Expertise in program management, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources, procedures, and timing for administrative or business processes.
• Strong change management skills to handle and implement change effectively within the organization.
• Experience in budget management for large programs and financial accounting within the program.
• Familiarity with IT solutions, particularly Salesforce and , and experience with complex programs and technology-oriented projects.

Details for Program Management Officer Role:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Until the End of Year (1st contract, with further extensions)
• Location: Remote with travel to Montpellier, once per month for a few days (expenses covered by client)
• Contract Type: Freelance/Independent Contractor
• Rate: Open
