Job Description

PMO Analyst with strong Change & Transformation experience urgently required by a leading Financial Services company, based flexibly from their Swindon HQ.


This is a permanent role offering a basic salary of £40,000 - 45,000 + excellent benefits package.


Operating within the Transformation Office, you will co-ordinate and manage the end: end transformation activity across the business. This will include change control & governance, RAID management, benefits tracking & KPIs, reporting, comms, financials, resource & capacity management.


You will support Programme Managers, Project Managers and Business Analysts in delivery - ensuring minutes, key decisions and actions are accurately recorded and stored for traceability & audit purposes.


To be considered for the role applicants must have the following:


  • Proven PMO / delivery experience in Change & Transformation
  • Management Consulting / Financial Services background
  • Excellent skills in managing & maintaining delivery plans and RAID data
  • Knowledge of project management lifecycle, techniques and tools
  • Understanding of programme management methodologies, project governance and assurance
  • Excellent skills in managing stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
