PMLD SEN Teaching Assistant - 1:1 & Sensory Support

Academics is seeking an experienced PMLD SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 9-18 with PMLD, ASD and complex physical needs at a specialist school in Newham, London. Start date September 2026. Contract: Full-time, term-time only, with a daily pay rate of £95-£105.

You will provide 1:1 and small group support, deliver sensory-based learning activities, support communication using PECS, Makaton and AAC, and assist with personal care, feeding and mobility.
