Company Introduction

We are seeking an experienced PLM OCM & Training Lead to spearhead the organisational change management and training strategy for a large-scale Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management digital transformation program.

This role is pivotal in driving user adoption, minimising resistance, and maximising engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Define and lead the Organisational Change Management (OCM) strategy for PLM digital transformation
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to guide change initiatives
• Develop and execute communication plans to support change adoption
• Design training strategy aligned with PLM processes and Teamcenter configurations
• Oversee curriculum development, training content creation, and delivery planning
• Manage global training teams to ensure consistent execution across regions
• Utilize LMS and E-learning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) for scalable training delivery
• Ensure training materials support multilingual audiences, including German-speaking users
• Monitor training effectiveness using adoption KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics
• Drive user adoption through readiness assessments, engagement activities, and post-go-live support
• Apply change management frameworks (eg, PROSCI, ADKAR) to minimize resistance and maximize engagement
• Establish feedback loops for continuous improvement of training and change strategies.

Skills/Experience

• Proven leadership in PLM change management and training for Teamcenter implementations.
• Strong understanding of PLM processes and digital transformation dynamics.
• Experience managing global training teams and delivering consistent quality across geographies.
• Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and E-learning platforms.
• Certifications such as PROSCI Change Management, CPLP, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and professional proficiency in German.
