This strategic leadership role will focus on delivering high-impact solution strategies that grow acquisition, increase customer retention, and boost lifetime value-ensuring our clients win and keep their best customers.Our Team's Mission: Accelerating sales by effectively marrying client needs with Epsilon solutions - translating & defining the need, architecting a vision and bringing the vision to life in a way that demonstrates client value and differentiates Epsilon.This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, market insight, solution design, product knowledge and executive communication. You'll lead the strategic positioning of our offerings across key pursuits, bringing together the right blend of pricing, go-to-market planning, and consultative storytelling to close deals and shape long-term client success.What You'll Achieve

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Partner with Sales, Product, and Client teams to create differentiated solutions that align to client objectives and drive revenue, acquisition, and retention.
  • Pricing & Commercial Strategy Leadership: Own or oversee strategic pricing decisions, ensuring that our solutions are packaged and positioned for maximum value and ROI.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Shape and refine go-to-market plans across verticals and key accounts, influencing solution design and storytelling that resonate with C-level stakeholders as well as day to day users of our solutions.
  • Pursuit Excellence: Maximize success in high-value opportunities by ensuring Epsilon consistently puts its "best foot forward" in RFPs, pitches, and proposal processes.
  • Resource Optimization: Align cross-functional teams and assets to the most strategic opportunities, ensuring high-impact resource application and efficient scaling.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Foster a insight lead sales process by capturing and scaling strategic sales insights, win themes, why buy principles, and competitive differentiators across the organization.

Who You Are

  • What you'll bring with you (required skills):
    • 6-8+ years in a strategic solutioning, consulting, or marketing technology role with a strong commercial lens.
    • Proven experience leading go-to-market strategies, pricing initiatives, and solution development in data-driven marketing or technology environments.
    • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies-especially as they relate to acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer value.
    • Demonstrated success in complex consultative sales cycles or enterprise-level solution selling.
    • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presence-comfortable advising both internal stakeholders and senior-level clients.
    • Background in database marketing, identity management, CRM, loyalty, and/or digital media is strongly preferred.
    • Ability to thrive in high-stakes, fast-paced environments, managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Why you might stand out from other talent (nice-to-have/bonus points!):
    • Experience leading RFP responses as a strategic lead or SME.
    • Experience doing product/solution demos
    • Comfort with AdTech/Martech stack elements, such as:
      • Business Intelligence & Analytics Platforms
      • Identity Resolution & Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
      • Campaign Execution Tools (Email, SMS, Mobile, Social)
      • Loyalty Product
    • Experience in a matrixed organization or agency/consultancy environment.
