The role will be focused on designing platform security for endpoint devices, with particular emphasis hardware-firmware co-design and on designing and using robust hardware roots of trust and security properties. You'll also collaborate with business R&D teams to ensure business impact drives our development strategy.You willbecontributing to HP's security research, contributing to analysis of use cases and threats, as well as design and prototyping novel security architecture to help inform the design of future products and services. You will beworking closely with systems security research engineers, and with security technologists across HP.The candidatewillhavesolidtechnical skills andabackground in computer engineering and architecture, ideally with knowledge in systems security and some understanding of enterprise IT architectures. This position requires a strong engineer who can communicate effectively about low level computer architecture and security.This is a 12-month fixed-term contract including benefits, with a strong possibility of extension.
