Platform Principal Engineer - Member Experience

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Principal Engineer for the Member Experience Platform (App, Portal & Identity) to set the engineering tenets, patterns and paved roads that power our digital channels. You will coach engineers, define the Golden Path and drive platform-wide delivery standards, ensuring fast, safe delivery of member experiences.

In this hybrid role, you will lead cross-functional teams, shape architecture, and partner with Platform Ownership, DevSecOps and QE to raise the bar
