An exciting opportunity is now available for a Platform Engineer to join an established team on a high priority Multi Cloud Business Continuity Planning (BCP) project for a major client in the broadcast and media sector. Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance the Multi-Cloud BCP backup deployment solution
  • Integrate with the client's strategic backups project, ensuring alignment with business continuity objectives
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to design, build, and optimise the solution across AWS and other cloud platforms
  • Engage with business stakeholders to explain technical concepts and confirm requirements
  • Contribute to automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure provisioning across a cloud-native environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with broadcasting/media clients or within content delivery ecosystems
  • Strong background in AWS and multiple services including: Compute, Storage and Networking
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation (especially VaporShell), Terraform, and ARM templates

Salary:

  • Up to £525 per day (Inside IR35)
