Job Description
With over 60 years of experience in the field of sapphire and plastic injection, we have acquired and developed a unique and complementary know-how in the manufacturing of custom parts. These skills meet our clients' requirements both technically and aesthetically. To strengthen our "Plastics" department, we are looking for a: Plastic Methods TechnicianResponsibilities: - Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of processes by ensuring the robustness of methods, the quality of products, and the efficiency of production in close collaboration with production and project managers. - Ensure the link between the Technical Office and production teams.Tasks: - Define the production process and optimize production means. - Formalize procedures and plans according to client requirements and production constraints. - Be the technical reference for product development phases, from prototyping to series production. - Ensure the management of technical data. - Propose, design, and validate fixtures and tools to optimize productivity, quality, and safety. - Write work instructions and production documents (technical sheets, checklists, etc.) in a standards-oriented logic. - Actively participate in continuous improvement projects (5S, Lean, SMED, Kaizen). - Handle requests for product or process changes and manage actions related to article updates within ERP. - Support the sales or project team for technical and time bids. - Collaborate in the implementation, establishment, and monitoring of the quality system within the department.Qualifications: - CFC in mechanics, micromechanics, or higher technical equivalency as a Technician ES or an equivalent title. - Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in an industrial environment, ideally in micromechanics, hard machining, or plastics. - Experience in a structured environment focused on quality, costs, and deadlines. - Good mastery of plastic injection and rubber processes, machining, and associated constraints (technical plastics, vulcanized rubber, mechanical machining, etc.). - Knowledge of functional tools (GPS) and tolerance standards. - Proficiency in 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks. - Good familiarity with ERP tools and office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). - Ability to formalize clear, structured, and applicable technical documents. - Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to structure information. - Service-oriented, reactive, and solution-focused. - Autonomy in managing priorities and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Team spirit, good communication, and sense of collaboration.We offer: - Flexible working hours (possibility to finish at 3:30 PM from Monday to Friday). - Possibility of remote work. - Vacations: 5 weeks per year and an additional week off. - Salary paid over 13 months with health insurance contributions. - Regular events (summer meals, monthly brunches, company outings, etc.). - Discounts from various partners (fleet discounts, private sales from prestigious brands, etc.). - A healthy, rewarding, dynamic, and continuously evolving working environment. jide00cf6daen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
