Plant Variety & Seeds Certification Delivery Lead

The PVS Certification HEO delivers statutory plant certification and marketing schemes across England and Wales, with UK-wide alignment through the PVS Common Framework. The Delivery Manager (Deputy to the SEO) leads planning, performance and continuous improvement, working with APHA, Defra and international partners to maintain compliance and high service standards.

The role requires strong leadership and governance skills, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and contract oversight.
