Planning Validation Specialist - Hybrid Admin Role

Osborne Richardson is recruiting for a Planning Validation Officer to join a busy local authority in Hertfordshire. The role covers reception, logging and validation of planning applications, and preparing documents for planning committee meetings. You will also help draft planning notice letters and handle high volumes of calls and emails.

The position is initially for 3 months with potential to extend, offering hybrid working with one day per week in the office.
