Job Description
Our client is a Local Authority in North London which requires a Planning Officer to join their Development Management team to manage their own caseload of planning applications. These are expected to be householder and minor applications.
Recent experience within a local authority development management team is preferred, however, consultancy experience is also welcome.
A good grasp of UK planning legislation is required and you will need to have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards furthering your knowledge and gaining more technical experience.
A relevant town planning degree is required.
Salary and location- The role is based in South East London and will pay £32.46/hr umbrella. This role is insider IR35.
- It is initially a 26 week contract with potential for extension.
- Our client offers a hybrid working arrangement, you will work from the office twice a week.
