Workforce Planning & Operations Programme Manager

• Contract: 11 months

• Salary: €57,000 per annum

• Location: Dublin - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

We are recruiting a Workforce Planning & Operations Programme Manager to join a leading global technology company, supporting international operations, workforce forecasting and vendor capacity management.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical, commercially minded operator who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own capacity planning and workforce forecasting across global operations.

• Analyse operational volumes, staffing requirements and backlogs to identify risks and opportunities.

• Manage relationships with outsourced vendors and offshore delivery teams.

• Partner with analytics teams to improve forecasting models, reporting and operational efficiency.

• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through to execution.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience in operations, programme management, workforce planning or a related field.

• Strong capacity planning, forecasting or resource management experience.

• Excellent quantitative data analysis skills, with confidence interpreting data and working with forecasting models.

• Experience managing vendors, BPO partners or outsourced operations.

• Proven ability to manage projects end to end and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Regulatory, legal operations or compliance experience.

• Experience implementing AI tools or operational automation.
