Planning & Highway Solicitor

Service care solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Cheshire. They are looking for aPlanning & Highway Solicitorto join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst legal experts and progress your career.

This is a 4-6 month contract with potential to extend.


This role is on a Hybrid basis with once every 2 weeks office attendeance.


This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella - £50-£55ph depending on experience
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48 - £48.87 depending on experience

Responsibilities as a Planning Solicitor:

• To maintain healthy and safe working practices in accordance with the Health & Safety at work, Etc. Act 1974
• Carry out all work within the spirit and intention of equal opportunities and with a customer care focus
• Able to handle high caseload in Planning Law from start to completion.

About you as a Planning Solicitor:

• Experience in Planning Law and practice as a qualified solicitor or barrister.
• Knowledge and experience of planning law
• Experience of Section 106 Agreements
