Job Description

Greenvolt is seeking a Planning & Control Manager to join our growing Planning & Control team. This role is crucial in ensuring financial transparency, optimizing performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple geographies. Key accountabilities


Financial Oversight & Reporting:

  • Participate in and oversee the monthly accounting closing process.
  • Conduct financial analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and financial performance.
  • Prepare and monitor monthly reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and review the annual budget.
  • Prepare rolling forecasts and financial projections.


Strategic & Business Support:

  • Develop financial forecasts and simulations to support business decision-making.
  • Assist top management in preparing strategy presentations.
  • Track capital allocation per project and monitor respective returns.


Process Improvement & Control:

  • Assist with the consolidation process in collaboration with the Consolidation & Tax team.
  • Monitor short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow requirements for each project.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of new financial processes and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
  • 7-8 years of professional experience in accounting, consolidation, audit, or planning & control roles, preferably covering multiple geographies.
  • Background in BIG4 audit or consulting is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the Energy sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Python is valued but not essential.
  • Experience in designing and implementing financial processes is valued.
  • Open-minded, reliable, proactive, and team-oriented individual.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Digital mindset with a focus on automation, data analytics, and process optimization is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
