As we continue to elevate our dining offering, we are seeking a dedicated Pizza Chef to take ownership of our growing pizza operation and play a key role in our kitchen team.
Pizza Chef - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract£15 per hour (equivalent to £31,200 FTE)
40 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team on a 6 month contract. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will take ownership of our pizza operation, ensuring high standards, consistency and smooth day to day running.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the pizza section during service
- Prepare dough, toppings and sauces to specification
- Maintain quality, speed and consistency
- Manage stock levels for the pizza operation
- Produce order lists and work with suppliers
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team
- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef is essential
- Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Strong organisational skills
