Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:50-15:50
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Our client is a well-established food manufacturing business based in the Hethel / Wymondham area, looking for a reliable and committed Picker / Packer to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous picking and packing experience who is looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role with the opportunity to become permanent.

Your responsibilities:

• Picking individual sweets to create Pick & Mix pouches
• Working towards a daily picking target
• Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Scanning products and ensuring orders are placed in the correct courier section
• Producing pre-packed sweet pouches
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working area
• Following food hygiene and health and safety procedures

What we're looking for:

• Previous picking and packing experience is required
• A reliable and committed attitude
• Someone who is eager to learn and develop within the role
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working towards daily targets
• A good team player with a positive attitude
• A full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential due to the location
