The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist with a minimum of two years' musculoskeletal experience to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about musculoskeletal rehabilitation, enjoys working with active individuals, and wants to continue developing their clinical skills within a supportive and ambitious environment.
You will manage your own caseload while receiving mentorship, clinical support, and structured professional development from our senior team. You will play a key role in helping patients move from pain and injury through rehabilitation and back to full function, sport, or performance.
At Resync, physiotherapists are more than assessors and manual therapists. We view our clinicians as coaches, problem-solvers, and rehabilitation specialists who guide patients through every stage of recovery using objective measures, education, exercise, and evidence-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Care- Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals.
- Develop clear rehabilitation programmes focused on restoring strength, movement, confidence, and function.
- Educate patients on their condition and provide practical strategies to support recovery.
- Recognise when referral, further investigation, or senior clinical input is required.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience built on trust, education, and measurable progress.
- Prescribe and progress exercise-based rehabilitation programmes.
- Support patients through the rehabilitation process using measurable goals and outcomes.
- Utilise objective testing and clinical outcome measures where appropriate.
- Assist in the delivery of return-to-running, return-to-sport, and performance-based rehabilitation.
- Work collaboratively with rehabilitation coaches, athletic therapists, and senior clinicians to optimise patient outcomes.
- Develop confidence in using strength testing, movement analysis, and performance-based rehabilitation principles.
- Help bridge the gap between injury recovery and long-term physical performance.
- Participate actively in mentorship sessions, clinical reviews, and in-service training.
- Engage with current research and evidence-based practice.
- Contribute to case discussions and team learning activities.
- Develop confidence in clinical reasoning, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning.
- Work towards becoming an expert rehabilitation clinician within the Resync framework.
- Take ownership of your personal and professional development.
- Contribute positively to clinic culture and team development.
- Support clinic standards around patient experience, documentation, and communication.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and performance services.

- CORU registered Physiotherapist.
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate musculoskeletal clinical experience.
- Strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and exercise-based therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and clinical record-keeping abilities.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work independently while seeking support when appropriate.
- A passion for helping people achieve meaningful outcomes through rehabilitation and coaching.
- Experience working with sporting populations.
- Experience delivering rehabilitation in a gym environment.
- Additional training in exercise prescription, sports rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, dry needling, or related areas.
- Membership of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP).
- Interest in performance, return-to-sport, and objective testing.
- Experience working with runners, field-sport athletes, or post-operative rehabilitation clients.
- Enjoys coaching and educating patients.
