Key responsibilities
  • Leading and managing the operational and clinical aspects of the pharmacy team
  • Providing expert advice to consultants, clinicians, and patients on the safe and cost-effective use of medicines
  • Driving continuous improvement in medicine management and patient safety
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards
  • Promoting multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver outstanding patient care
Salary and Benefits

The Pharmacy Manager will receive:

  • A competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum

About you

To succeed as a Pharmacy Manager, you will need:

  • Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Significant experience in hospital pharmacy and surgical patient management
  • Proven managerial experience in a clinical or healthcare environment
  • Strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning abilities
  • A collaborative, proactive approach to patient-centred care

Candidates with experience as a Medicine Management Lead, Clinical Pharmacist, Hospital Pharmacist, or Pharmaceutical Services Lead are encouraged to apply.
