Pharmacy Customer Support & Admin Specialist

UPS is seeking a Customer Service Associate for its Pharmacy Polar Speed UPS site 1 in Leighton Buzzard. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, maintain patient records, and process orders and invoicing in a fast-paced pharmacy administration environment.

The role requires excellent phone manner, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work across internal teams. Permanent, full-time position with standard daytime shifts, Monday to Friday.
