Working Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Hours: 08:30 - 17:00

About the Role:

Tripod Partners are currently seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to support a private hospital in Cheshire on a part-time, basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a high-quality pharmacy service in a clinical environment, working alongside a committed healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on the safe and effective management of medicines across the hospital
• Promote a patient-centred, multidisciplinary approach to pharmaceutical care
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate tailored pharmaceutical interventions
• Support consultants and clinical staff with evidence-based, cost-effective medication guidance

Candidate Requirements:

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist
• Minimum of 1 year's post-registration experience in a hospital setting
• Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a clinical environment
