Pharma Cold-Chain Customer Service Specialist

CSafe Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the commercial team with quotes, lead times, and order processing. You will coordinate with internal departments to deliver end-to-end service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least two years in customer services, fluent English, and strong IT skills (Office 365). You should be a team player, resilient, and comfortable traveling to other CSafe sites as needed.
