At PGIM, You Can! What you will do Operational Risk Management supports the PGIM businesses in identifying, measuring, and managing potential exposures. Our operational risk team is looking to support our growing European businesses by hiring a Manager of European Operational Risk Governance and Framework reporting to the Head of Risk for PGIM Europe. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Supporting the maintenance and development of the operational risk framework for the EMEA PGIM business (e.g., risk assessments, event reporting, KRIs, etc.). On-going identification and monitoring of current and emerging operational risks. Facilitating operational risk governance and robust reporting for the EMEA PGIM business. Recommending and implementing improvements to risk processes to support the maintenance of a robust control environment. Performing analysis of operational risk data to identify risk insights, risk trends and emerging risks. Supporting the annual Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment process ("ICARA"). Building relationships and working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders across the PGIM business providing subject matter expert advice relating to Operational Risk. Providing support, education and training across the business to build risk and control awareness. First line risk coverage of corporate functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Compliance). What you will bring Relevant experience of working as a risk professional in the investment management industry within operational risk management. Investment and product knowledge in the investment management industry. Experience with operational risk management frameworks and related activities. Experience in performing risk control self-assessments and documenting controls, testing and developing recommendations for improvement. Previous experience in the Internal Capital Adequacy and Risk Assessment (ICARA) process. Familiar with the supervisory environment (FCA/EU). Excellent technical skills and detail oriented to support data analysis and reporting. Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team and matrix environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A personal commitment to self-development, inclusion, integrity and high ethical standards. Ability to challenge ideas, decisions and the status quo in an effective and constructive manner. Annual Leave of 25 to 28 days, based on years of service, at full pay.
