Pet Insurance Customer Care Specialist

Agria Pet Insurance, based in the UK, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team in Aylesbury. This full-time role (36 hours/week) operates on a hybrid basis with weekly in-office attendance every Wednesday.

The start date is 21st September, followed by a two-week in-office induction. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, answer inquiries, process claims, renewals and information requests, and maintain accurate policyholder records using our in-house systems.
