Work for London's largest independent home services company High-quality, well-managed jobs - not volume-driven Strong brand reputation that customers trust Be part of the Neighborly Group, opening doors to long-term career growth Structured support, realistic workloads, and professional standardsThe RoleYou'll deliver pest control and prevention solutions across residential and commercial properties in Central London, handling jobs end-to-end while maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and compliance.Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed pest control surveys and inspections Identify infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans Carry out treatments safely and effectively in line with COSHH regulations Provide expert advice to clients on pest prevention, hygiene, and maintenance Produce clear, professional reports on-site using digital systems Manage traps, baiting, bird proofing and follow-up visits Agree costs with clients and process invoices/payments Maintain a professional image as a Pimlico representative at all timesEssential Requirements BPCA / RSPH Level 2 Pest Management (minimum) COSHH awareness certification 3+ years' post qualification experience Clean, full UK driving licence Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independentlyWorking Hours08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday (Field-based, with additional hours as required)Neighborly (yes without a u) was established over 40 years ago in the United States as a small family business.
