Your Role as a Kindergarten Teacher

As a kindergarten teacher at our organization, you will be responsible for providing a stimulating and secure environment for babies, toddlers, or preschoolers to develop and learn at their own pace. You will work in a horizontal group, focusing on one specific age group, and collaborate with your team to find the best fit for you.

What We Offer

• A competitive salary based on the child care collective labor agreement (cao-kinderopvang), ranging from € 2.641 to € 3.992 per month (scale 6 or 7), depending on your education and work experience.
• 8% holiday pay and an end-of-year bonus of 5.5%
• 210 annual leave days (based on a 36-hour workweek)
• Full reimbursement for public transportation or 23 cents per kilometer for car use.

Developing Your Skills

We invest in your personal growth through the Kindergarden Academy, offering training and courses. There are two study days per year, and opportunities to move up to senior kindergarten teacher.

Who We're Looking For

• You have a diploma (MBO3, MBO4, or HBO) that qualifies you to work in childcare.
• You have a Certificate of Good Behavior (VOG) for childcare, or can obtain one.
• You are passionate about supporting and developing children.
• You are motivated to work together with your team to achieve the best results for the children.
• You possess a minimum level 3F command of the Dutch language.

About Our Organization

Our Amsterdam location is a historic building with a central location in a lively area. We offer unique activities like baby massage, toddler yoga, and music lessons taught by guest instructors.
