We are seeking a Personal Lines Retention Team Leader to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. With over 100 years of combined insurance experience in Ireland, Gallagher offers tailored business, personal, and financial insurance solutions. This role is an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of a global organisation that operates in over 130 countries.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you'll lead and inspire a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve retention goals. You'll provide guidance, training, and support to your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel. By hosting regular team meetings, monitoring performance, and addressing customer concerns, you'll foster a collaborative and motivated environment.

You'll also play a key role in ensuring compliance with internal procedures, managing scheme performance, and maintaining strong relationships with insurers, clients, and other teams. Your leadership will directly contribute to the smooth running of the division and the delivery of outstanding service to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and improving team retention and sales performance.
  • Handling customer complaints in line with internal procedures.
  • Supervising and training new team members.
  • Conducting appraisals and supporting team members in achieving their objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with all procedures and delivering insurer partner updates on time.
About you

We're looking for a motivated and experienced leader with a passion for customer service and team development.

You'll bring:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a team leader in Personal Lines or a similar field.
  • Qualifications: CIP, Dip CII, or ACII qualification.
  • Skills:Strong communication, collaboration, and people management skills.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance targets.
