- Accidents at work, generally excluding industrial disease claims.
- Public liability claims, including trips, slips and similar accidents.
- Road traffic accidents, generally excluding whiplash claims.
- Clinical negligence claims, excluding cases against therapists or mental health practitioners where there is no physical injury.
- Defendant cases, including claims involving uninsured defendants.
