What will you do?

• Run your own caseload of claimant fast track EL/PL & RTA personal injury claims
• Manage your caseload from start to finish
• Liaise with experts, counsel & clients
• Preparing court documents including claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
• Instruct and brief counsel
• Assist supervising solicitor with post-litigated cases

What will you need?

• 1+ years' experience handling your own mixed Fast-Track personal injury caseload including EL/PL & RTA matters
• (Unfortunately candidates with ONLY RTA EXPERIENCE CANNOT BE CONSIDERED)
• Strong knowledge of MoJ Portal CPR
• Pre-Litigation experience
• Post litigation experience is beneficial, but not essential
