Title: Personal Injury Fee Earner
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester (Hybrid)
A leading national insurance law firm is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join its highly regarded Defendant Insurance Litigation team in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a quality caseload of Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims for major insurers clients within a collaborative and well established team.
The Opportunity
You will manage your own litigated caseload of defendant EL/PL matters, primarily fast track claims with opportunities to assist on more complex multi-track litigation. The role offers a high level of autonomy, exposure to high quality insurance work and the chance to develop your expertise within a nationally recognised practice.

About You
- Experience managing a litigated caseload of EL/PL claims
- Experience in or knowledge of defendant insurance litigation processes
- Demonstrated ability to handle a caseload of fast track claims
