Reference: dda8295e Self-employed PA: £20.00 per hour PA on PAYE: £12.85 per hour I am looking for a reliable and supportive female Personal Assistant to help me maintain my independence and stay active within the community.

The role involves a mix of short evening visits during the week and weekend morning and tea-time support. 14hours weekly, plus opportunity for additional 4-
4.5 flexible hours, including weekday tea visits, weekend lunch cover.

I live in an assisted living flat and am looking for someone friendly, patient, and proactive who enjoys helping others stay engaged and independent.

Location: Assisted living flat Start: ASAP Main Duties Community access & companionship: supporting outings, including activities such as coffee and cake, local shopping trips, visits to garden centres and the hairdresser, and walks around the park (wheelchair-supported); encouraging time outdoors, social engagement, and independence.

Household tasks: light cleaning, laundry, and general upkeep of the home.

Food-related support: help with shopping, meal preparation, and basic cooking.

Practical & physical support: assisting with carrying items and supporting mobility during activities.
