Job overviewA vacancy has arisen for an experienced, dynamic and tech savvy Personal Assistant to join the North and East Adult Community Services senior management team. This exciting role supports the Area Directors' office, providing comprehensive support to the smooth running of the Directors' Office function. Key areas include diary management, Meeting and Minuting support both through TEAMs and at sites across North & East Cornwall, together with coordination and management of locality information and processes. The PA will manage their own workload and exercise initiative in management of elements within the role.
The role is best suited to a highly organised individual who has an excellent IT skillset and is familiar with importing data and maintaining Power BI. Above all we are looking to recruit a professional, confidential and kind team player to join the team. This role will be based at Liskeard Hospital.
- Diary management of routine, rolling and unscheduled meetings
- Administrative support including Agenda preparation and Minute taking
- Regular co-ordination and management of information
- Inputting and maintenance of Power BI data sets
- Employment Relations administrative support

Person specification Education/Qualifications and Relevant experience- Typewriting or Word Processing (RSA III or OCR Level 3)
- Experience of working in a similar position
- Ability to prioritise work, and work calmly under pressure to meet targets/deadlines, whilst often experiencing interruptions
