This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the go-to person for administrative and facilities support. This role requires working in the office five days per week, Monday through Friday. This position is a 12 month fixed term role with the possibility of an extension # Responsibilities Include: Provide administrative support to the department and executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and track follow ups as required. Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense claims. Provide reception coverage and support as needed. Support daily office operations, including mail sorting, shipping and deliveries, and answering incoming calls. Assist with planning and delivering internal meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and set up. Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries related to office operations and provide general administrative support# Our Ideal Candidate Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management systems. Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude. Coordinate shipping and delivery logistics, including receiving packages and arranging outgoing shipments. Manage room reservations for meetings and events, ensuring availability and proper setup. Support catering arrangements for meetings and special events, including vendor coordination and dietary requirements.
