Job Title: Personal Assistant - Corporate & Institutional Banking Coverage

Salary: £42,275 - £44,500

Locations: London, Manchester or Birmingham

Hours: Full time - Permanent and 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity

Working Pattern: Hybrid, spending at least two days per week (or 40%) at an office site.

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to Managing Directors within Corporate & Institutional Banking Coverage. This pivotal role enables senior leaders to operate at their best: maximising time, ensuring seamless coordination, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, discretion, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel.
  • Build relationships internally and externally.
  • Plan events and onboard new joiners.
  • Handle expenses, purchase orders, and Workday processes.
  • Anticipate needs and improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 1year previous PA experience in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
