About this jobWe are a small family seasonal business who are looking for a personal assistant to help the director with administration and secretarial support, answering customer calls and a variety of other tasks.
There will be some flexibility in the hours. 3 hours a day Mon-Fri.
The applicant must be available 4th - 7th 10th and 11th Aug 2026. This position is temporary throughout 2026 summer months, with the possibility of hours April
- Sep 2027 You will be: Maintaining accurate database entries, receipts and invoices.
Processing the daily orders.
Monitoring and sometimes responding to emails.
Speaking to customers, taking orders and advising when needed.
Undertaking tasks delegated by the director.

Demonstrates excellent attention to detail Has knowledge and experience of software such as Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook and Excel.
Can deal efficiently with emails, telephone queries and sales.
Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and messages with professionalism and courtesy Has a comfortable, confident and professional phone manner.
