Job Description
Job Summary

Reed is looking for an ambitious recruiter to take over a well established desk covering office support and commercial recruitment across Surrey and surrounding areas, focusing on permanent and fixed term placements.

Pay range: £27,500 - £36,500 per annum + uncapped commission.

Responsibilities
  • Full 360 recruitment process including business development, client acquisition, job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations and deal closures.
  • Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates.
  • Register and interview candidates, conduct background checks, and match them with suitable opportunities.
  • Prepare and promote candidates for interviews, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice.
  • Network and drive sales, collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross selling opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or recruitment.
