Doctor Job Description

• Speciality -Specialty Doctor Psychiatry General Adult Psychiatry
• Location -North West England
• We are seeking a committed Specialty Doctor to join our General Adult Psychiatry team in the North West of England on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
• Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll provide psychiatric assessments, contribute to treatment planning, and support the care of adults with a range of mental health needs. The role is based in a community setting, with opportunities to engage in clinical governance, audits, and teaching.

You'll receive:

• Weekly supervision from a Consultant Psychiatrist
• Study leave and CPD funding
• Dedicated SPA time and development planning
• Support with CESR for international applicants
• Fully compliant and cleared to work (we can help with this)
• DBS/Police Check
• MBBS or equivalent
• GMC registration
• MRCPsych OR MRCPsych equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists
