Permanent Residential Site Manager - Aberdeen

Search Consultancy is recruiting a hands-on Site Manager for our Aberdeen house-building project portfolio. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage programmes and ensure quality, safety and timely handovers.

The role requires previous site management experience in residential construction, CSCS/SMSTS, a full UK driving licence and strong leadership and communication skills to drive a busy team to successful completion.
