As a Peripatetic Senior Carer, you'll divide your time between Thornfield Care Home in Seaton and Silverleigh Care Home in Axminster two friendly, high-performing homes within the Care Concern Group, each with its own character, community, and warmth.You'll bring leadership, compassion, and adaptability to both settings, supporting our teams to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Whether you're mentoring carers, administering medication safely, or leading by example on the floor, you'll be a vital part of maintaining our high standards and positive culture. What We Offer:

- Flexible full-time or part-time contracts.

Your Purpose:Each day, you'll help residents feel safe, supported and valued offering care with kindness, respect and genuine warmth. From personal care and medication support to leading shifts and mentoring colleagues, you'll ensure every resident receives dignified, individualised care that makes them feel at home.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior Carer or Team Leader in an elderly care home setting.
- Confidence supporting residents living with dementia.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care essential.
- Experience in medication administration, audits, and leading care teams.
- A caring, reliable nature and a flexible, can-do attitude.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).
