Perfume Store Team Leader: Inspire, Coach & Achieve

The Perfume Shop in Sunderland is seeking a proactive Team Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, lead by example, and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service. Contracted hours are 20 per week with a permanent contract.

You will roster staff, assist with payroll budgets, prevent stock loss, and ensure the store opens and closes on time while maintaining a friendly, energetic environment.
