The Client
Our client is a global sports business, co-owned by professional athletes, with a mission to celebrate and elevate triathlon.

- Work with creative and content teams on campaign briefs, assets and ad copy.
- Produce regular performance reporting, highlighting results, trends and recommendations.
- Support tracking, measurement and attribution across paid media.
- Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to improve acquisition funnels and, over time, support retention and lifetime value initiatives.
About You
- 2-4 years' experience in paid media, performance marketing or digital acquisition.
- Hands-on experience across both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Comfortable working with CPA, ROAS, conversion, revenue and other performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of paid media principles and campaign optimisation.
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how paid media drives acquisition and revenue.
- Experience managing budgets and balancing spend against performance.
- Highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple campaigns and priorities.
