Headquartered in Naarden, The Netherlands, with a team in Trivandrum, India, we continue to expand our footprint in the app ecosystem. To accelerate our growth, we're looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to drive user acquisition and maximize app revenue through paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.


This role is on site in Naarden and reports directly to the Managing Director.


The Role

As a Performance Marketer, you will own the end to end paid acquisition funnel:

  • Core Channels: Facebook Ads & Google Ads
  • Nice to Have: Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads & YouTube Ads
  • Key Objectives: Increase app downloads, optimize ROAS, and lower CPA

You'll analyze campaign performance, test new strategies, and refine targeting, bidding, and creatives. You'll collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure paid acquisition strategies align with business goals.


What You'll Do

  • Paid Media Strategy: Develop, execute, and scale campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
  • Performance Analysis: Track CTR, CVR, CPI, CPA, and LTV, using data to make informed decisions.
  • A/B Testing: Run experiments on ad creatives, targeting, and audience segmentation.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with designers and copywriters to craft high performing ads and landing pages.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Stay ahead of trends, analyze competitors' strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in app marketing, paid media, or user acquisition.
  • Expertise in Paid Ads: Proven success managing Facebook Ads & Google Ads campaigns end to end.
  • Data Driven Mindset: Proficiency analyzing and optimizing ROAS, CPA, CTR, and LTV with tools like Google Analytics, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console.
  • A/B Testing Skills: Ability to design, execute, and interpret experiments to improve performance.
  • Creative Optimization: Experience collaborating with designers to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Retargeting & Audience Growth: Knowledge of custom/lookalike audiences and retargeting strategies.
  • Strong Communication: Clear, actionable reporting and presentation of insights and strategies.


Bonus (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads
  • Knowledge of ASO & SEO to support organic growth
