Performance Manager - Recruitment

We're opening up a new role designed for someone like you, someone who thrives on coaching, building process, and creating a high-performing recruitment culture. This is your opportunity to influence business outcomes by working behind the scenes with our team of junior/senior consultants and helping elevate them to the next level.

What you'll be doing:

• Act as the people development partner for our recruitment team, especially those early in their careers.
• Use your agency recruitment experience to coach, guide, and performance manage recruiters toward billing success.
• Collaborate with management and L&D to improve internal processes, training, and development frameworks.
• Step away from personal billings and focus on performance inputs, not outputs.
• Supplement our Learning & Development function by helping scale team capability.
• Act as the go-to expert for recruiter growth.

We're looking for:

• Previous agency recruitment experience (360 and/or Delivery) with track record of billing success and mentoring junior recruiters.
• Senior or Principal-level recruiter who is passionate about people development.
• Someone who's ready to move out of day-to-day client billing and into a people-first, process-driven role.
• A natural coach and motivator who understands the nuances of recruitment KPIs and team dynamics.
• Confident working autonomously while aligning with senior leadership.
