Performance Director - Activation Governance (Media Agency) London Hybrid (3 days p/w) Salary to £75,000 A global media agency is hiring a newly created Performance Director role working across a major international consumer health and personal care brand. This is not a hands on activation role. It's a strategic performance governance position for someone who understands paid social and/or programmatic activation deeply and now wants to shape how markets operate at scale. You'll sit across 15+ European markets, helping connect upper funnel media, lower funnel performance and Amazon activity into one joined up regional approach.
