Performance & Quality Admin Officer (Hybrid)

The Ministry of Justice is recruiting a position reporting to the NSD Quality and Effective Practice Manager within the Performance and Quality team. The role involves maintaining the NSD Training Plan, monitoring training completion, and providing timely workforce reports.

You will organise training events, prepare workforce data, maintain records for NSD complaints and SFOs, and support P&Q projects and improvements. Hybrid working in the UK is available with flexible scheduling.
